The Agency Models & Talent has been locally owned and operated in the Kansas City area since 1979. In April 2015, The Agency was purchased by Becky Grover who has over 20 years of experience in modeling and acting. The philosophy of The Agency Models & Talent has always remained the same – to represent quality actors and models of all ethnic groups, ages, and sizes for Print, Television, Film, Industrials, Runway, Fashion, Voice-overs, and Promotions. We work with clients locally and nationally including Hallmark, Wal-Mart, Sprint, Lee Jeans, Payless Shoes, Applebee’s, AMC Theaters, Gear for Sports, Sonic, Best Buy, H & R Block, Kansas City Power and Light, and Children’s Mercy Hospital to name a few.

“In the past 20 years, I have had the opportunity to walk the runway, shoot commercials, host television shows and appear in print ads. This has given me an understanding of what the clients needs are behind the camera, including being prompt and professional. Our talent will come with a positive attitude and deliver a great end result.”
- Becky Grover, Owner

We are not a school, so we do not require expensive mandatory acting or modeling classes. We do not require our talent to wear or sell any particular line of cosmetics. Simply stated, our job is to represent our talent to legitimate, paying clients for all aspects of the business. When our talent makes money, we make money.
